Close to a tram station, overall I truly enjoyed the location, it's marvellous. It is in a very quiet area. The room is reasonably priced.

This apartment is conveniently located near a bustling street, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and attractions just down the street. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and some even have a kitchen and laundry facilities. The staff is friendly and helpful.
One of the downsides is that some of the bathrooms may need upgrading, with holes in the tiles and outdated fixtures.

the proximity to Darling Harbour, the Rocks and Circular Quay was fantastic. All of these destinations are within walking distance from Medina. The staff were very friendly and acted promptly on any problems that arose.
No, there were no issues with the hotel at all

I thoroughly enjoyed its neat and cheap rooms.
The room was kept clean and available with balcony. I had a lounge and a couch in it. The staff were welcoming and exceptional and the location was favourable close to supermarket. Easily reached Felix, located relatively near the hotel, had lunch/dinner there.

We had an amazing stay at this serviced apartment in a central location. The room was clean, spacious, and had all the necessary facilities like a washer, dryer, and dishwasher. The staff was friendly and responsive. The location was perfect, with Martin Place station just a short walk away, making it easy to explore the city and connect to other trains. Close proximity to Pitt Street and the city centre was a plus. a great experience.
The information about available amenities and nearby attractions could have been better.

Staff were very helpful & location was excellent
The hotel never got my booking from Booked.net which was a little stressful but they managed to find me a room. On the upside the staff fixed the problem quite quickly.

Possibly the best and comfortable stay for one night. Spotless and huge hotel unit with comfortable beds and pillows. Quick check in and late check out. Everything great...
Awful views from the window.

This hotel is in an excellent location, right in the centre of the Sydney CBD. you can walk to the Quay/the Rocks, Pitt St Mall, the museum, Botanical Gardens etc. plus any amount of coffee shops & restaurants. It is also a short walk to 3 train stations. it is also very handy to theatres if you want to take in a show. having bought Multi tickets we could easily catch trains, buses & ferries to anywhere we wanted to go. We thoroughily enjoyed our stay at this hotel.
The only thing we found detracting from our stay was the noise through the night in the laneway from garbage bin collections & noisy patrons leaving the restaurant under the building however I believe the hotel is currently fitting all windows & balcony doors with double glazing which will help with this problem.

Easy access & central city location. A good clean property & I liked the fact it is a small sized, boutique property. The one bedroom apartment was just perfect for business & well sized in the overall layout. Would definately recommend & use again

This hotel offers great value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The central location in a small alleyway allows for easy access to everything in the city, including train stations, shops, and restaurants. The staff provide excellent service, and the rooms are well-appointed with good amenities. I particularly enjoyed the walk-in shower and balcony.
No improvements needed, everything was perfect.

We needed to stay close to the State Library so distance from there was great! The hotel is tucked away down an alley so not the best location if city views are important to you. The staff were friendly and very helpful, the room was very spacious for a studio infact it seemed more like a 1bed apartment. It would be suitable for someone travelling with children too! The bed was very comfortable (that is very important to us) Overall, great service & good value for money. Thanks
